Shortly after the senseless tragedy occurred in Sandy Hook, CT, Dick’s Sporting Goods made a public decision to stop selling “certain firearms” and remove them from public display. This decision was met with disdain by sporting enthusiasts. Well, it seems they have now resumed selling firearms, albeit through a spinoff company, Field and Stream Shop.
According to the Firearms Blog, the flagship Field and Stream Shop (who says they are unrelated to the magazine bearing the name Field and Stream) has 1.4million rounds of .22LR ammo included in the total $8 million worth of ammo they’ve been allocated. Additionally, they have a full stock of AR-15 rifle variants.
