Back in December 2012, a 31yr old male broke into a home in Knox County, Ohio.  The homeowner used a .45 pistol to stop the burglar. Indictments were just handed down yesterday, and the intruder, Paul B. Swetnam III was charged with burglary, felonious assault and aggravated possession of drugs after meth was found in a pants pocket.
